Let me start by first saying that I NEVER write reviews…until now! I have been working with Superior Signs and Graphics for over 4 years now. They are currently listed as an “Approved Vendor” with all of our retail tenants. Not only is Superior the ONLY approved sign vendor we allow our commercial tenants to use, we too ONLY use Superior Signs for all of our leasing, directional, add/removal, etc.

I must say that Scott is not only professional but Scott and his entire team are just easy going people that you generally want to be around when conducting business. They are always on time (often early!), clean, professional, and truly care about your property and often give examples on how you can improve your overall curb appeal or image.

Anytime I work with a company that absolutely goes above and beyond, I always want to share with others. We recently used Superior Signs and Graphics for a large signage project here on our campus. They absolutely nailed the project.

Scott Hoffman and his team went way above and beyond with everything from the consulting, ordering, install and follow up. Our project included over 120 signs in total, including 5 different styles and several different install methods. Their approach was collaborative, helpful and worked out great!

They worked very closely with us through the design and layout phase, ensuring that all details were accurate including colors, sizing, layouts, and even arrow directions. The install was a sizeable project and they sent an appropriate size crew and handled this exactly as indicated. With an order of this size, I was very pleased that the leadtime was so quick to not only manufacture but also install all of the signs. The quality of the signs and their work with the install was excellent.
